Well Point Pumps

During a construction site dewatering it is key to have the best well point pump for controlling the groundwater table. How a well point dewatering pump works 

The PT well point pumps are positive displacement pumps and fully self-priming. They can cope with any combination of air and water, with no need for a separate priming system. As soon as the pump is attached to a well point dewatering system, you just need to start the engine and you can head off home. The pump produces a vacuum via the header pipe and starts to reduce the groundwater level. Groundwater control through sock dewatering 

Here a long drainage pipe is dug horizontally into the ground. BBA Pumps products drive the operation above ground. From flow meters, non-return valves, weir tanks to pipelines and of course the PT sock dewatering pumps.

Sewer Bypass Pumps

When making repairs to a sewer line, wastewater is handled by sewer bypass pumps. Having a reliable and trusted temporary pump installation is of real importance during bypass projects. How does a BA sewer bypass pump work?

The engine driven sewage pumps from the BA series are fitted as standard with all the necessary features required for bypass jobs. Once the dry prime pump and piping are installed, simply turn the key in the dashboard to "auto" and you can head home.
When the sewage level begins to rise the BA bypass pump automatically starts up. The vacuum assisted system quickly draws up the liquid until the main pump takes over. Once the level in the sewer line falls back down, the diesel engine comes to a stop again. This efficient operation keeps your fuel costs down and ensures that wear is kept to a minimum.
 

Portable Dewatering Pumps on Trailers

Trailers are key to portable pumping solutions. The BBA pump trailer allows contractors and rental companies the ability to safely transport our pumps from jobsite-to-jobsite without the need of having additional equipment to load & off-load our pumps. All of our pump trailers are specifically designed for BBA Pumps, which can be towed by most full-size pickup trucks.
