Regional Sales Manager 

For the following regions:
Northeast Region: covering the east coast from Virginia up to Massachusetts
Midwest Region: covering Wisonsin, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio 

As a Regional Sales Manager with BBA Pumps North America, we will work as a team to drive your creative ambition to increase sales within your defined region. As you work within our team, you will participate in sales & training programs to not only broaden your pump knowledge and skillset, but our customers and vendors as well. We will work with you to increase the overall sales within your defined region by identifying end-users, distributors, regional rental opportunities, and by providing you with an existing account base. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for aggressively pursuing & winning profitable business by doing good business with good people and good companies.

  • Minimum of 3 years outside/territory sales experience with a successful proven track record with references.
  • Experience in general dewatering, water transfer, lift station/bypass, wellpoint & sock dewatering is strongly preferred and recommended.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills is a must.
  • Minimum of at least one-year experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Must be a well-organized, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Travel is required up to 50-60% of the time.
  • Must reside within your specific region.
