Hydraulic Submersible PumpThe BA150KS is a 6-inch BBA Pumps submersible pump with screw channel impeller. The large free passage is unparalleled at 3.94 inches, making this a real sewage waste warrior. Best-in-class pump and hydraulic motor efficiency lead to an ultra-performing unit. Other standard features are the galvanized lifting frame and heavy duty bearing block with an extra oil chamber for dry running. The BBA Pumps hydraulic submersible pump fits through a 21-inch sewer manhole in terms of diameter.
Hydraulic Power PackThe hydraulic pump is driven by a clean and economical Hatz diesel engine with DriveOn® technology. The electronically controlled variable speed engine meets the EPA Tier 4 final emission requirements. Low fuel consumption and minimal noise emissions are key features of this engine. BBA Pumps innovative DriveOn® feature offers an extended service interval up to 1500 running hours. Furthermore, the BBA Pumps canopy is fully equipped with large hydraulic tank, the oil cooler is positioned in the air flow and forced by electric fan. To aid mobility, the forklift pockets and lifting eyes are fitted as standard.
Hydraulic HosesThe three 50 feet long hydraulic hoses with fittings are certified. In addition, the hoses are fitted with unique couplings to prevent them from being incorrectly connected. The hydraulic hoses are optional extensible to a maximum length of 60 metres (197 feet).
